Spring is a great time to ground yourself

Spring is in the air. Clocks have sprung forward, birds are singing in the daffodils are in full bloom. Getting grounded is believed to be one of the best ways of improving mental and physical health. What better way to do that than by enjoying the natural beauty around you during a walk along the beach. Personally I feel that being at one with nature could even help to strengthen the immune system and last night I felt inspired to put that into words. Hope you enjoy
