Local Attractions

Whilst staying at Channel Vista you can  benefit from the personal attention of proprietors, Karen and Sid Edwards, if you wish. Sid has appeared in the world-renowned Game of Thrones TV series as a Nightwatch Officer and also Jaremy Mallister (Stanis Baratheon’s bannerman) and is happy to answer any questions and chat to guests.

As well as being ideally placed to access many of the GoT film locations, Channel Vista guests can view samples of jewellery created for the series at world-famous Steenson’s jewellery workshop in Glenarm village – and even try on one of the crowns!

Traditional Music

Both Karen and Sid, as well as playing the whistle and bodhrán respectively, are avid traditional music fans and can always advise regarding opportunities to experience some of this local culture.
